- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Closing on our house tomorrow and got the bomb dropped on us that we were going to owe over 1600$ when we were originally informed would be a couple hundred. We had set aside $1000 incase they went high. And when we asked if we could pay $1100 and the rest in two weeks when we got paid again he said he would cancel our closing and wouldn't work with us at all. This law firm only cares about money and not about its clients especially military clients. If you are working with tlc realty they use him but there are other options.
